My friend has tried it as he had moved to the flat in the Quarry bay with 300 square feet. The initial week he called magic. Boxes had been cleared, the flat was clean and he even had a glimpse of his floor. However, he after two months came with some interesting confessions that he did not give much attention to the unit. It was more a material, than a material burial place.

And it appears that that is a fad. They are employed when people experience a change of life situation; they change their place of residence, renovate, downsize. It is true in a place where a person can work at home and simultaneously be in bed.

The aspect of cost is divided on both sides.

Mini storage is not cheap in Hong Kong. It is convenient and safe; hence it is worth the price according to some of the users. Others think that they have the monthly fee in your nose. One of the guys is even staying in a more expensive apartment than his old textbooks and this made him laugh.

Place is not as banal as individuals believe. Units that are situated near to MTR stations or places of residence have higher possibilities of utilization. It is unlikely that one will give up on something that becomes too difficult to go. And now you are paying to be space which you are not even interacting with.

Cleanliness and security are also likely to receive positive feedback. CCTV and entry control as well as most of the facilities are well maintained. The latter part does not fail much. The greater issue is whether what you put in your storage pay?

And there is the least psychological effect. One of the users suggested that having a storage unit will enable them to be less stressed since their house does not seem cluttered. Otherwise, others say that it postpones the decision. They do not work through the things, but instead, they brush the issue off.

It can be literally applied to the situations when you are the type of a person who changes things, seasonal attires, sporting gears, company stocks. When you are putting money to store thinking that you will use it in the event of a need, it can become a leakage without any sound.
